Randy Durham
Owner/President
Randy Durham serves as the Owner/President of CMS-ATLAS Van Lines, the continuation of the former United Kwick-Way Transportation. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Randy earned his BBA with an emphasis in human resources management and served as an HR Director for 17 years before joining the Relocation team. His experience in the corporate side as well as a service provider has equipped Randy to better understand and assist in your relocation needs.
Randy provides day to day operational oversight, but still enjoys working in Business Development. Randy’s passion is building lasting relationships centered around providing the best service in the industry. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys traveling, hiking and golf in his spare time.
Brian Lorman
National Accounts Manager
Brian has 6 years in the relocation industry as the Manager of National Accounts. His main focus is seeking out, developing and maintaining relationships with mid to large size corporations across the United States. Brian helps to strategize and develop relocation programs to fit not only the transferring employee, but the corporation as a whole.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he grew up in a family of 8. He moved south to Tennessee 11 years ago to study business management and play football for Middle Tennessee State University. Brian fell in love with the area and the people, and now calls Nashville home. He enjoys being outdoors hiking, running, and volunteering, as well as spending time with his family and friends. Brian enjoys meeting new faces and getting to know each person’s story.
Inga Rauschkolb
Move Management Coordinator
Inga Rauschkolb serves as our Move Management Coordinator. Fluent in German, Inga works closely with our clients to schedule the move from beginning to end. With over 27 years of experience in the moving and transportation industries, she strives to make the moving process as stress free as possible. In her spare time, Inga enjoys spending time with family, gardening and taking in the beauty of the outdoors.
